You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

🛍️ General conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging

  • Sale, promotional, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

  • In the event of abusive, repeated or non-compliant returns , we reserve the right to refuse the request.


💸 Return costs:

  • In the event of a return without a product defect , the return costs are identical to the initial delivery costs (e.g.: €14.90 for an international shipment)

  • This amount will be deducted from your refund , even if the entire order is returned.

  • Initial delivery charges are not refunded , unless the return is due to an error on our part or a non-compliant product.


📦 Return procedure:

  1. Make a request via [our return form]

  2. Wait for validation from our customer service (within 48 hours max.)

  3. A return label will be sent to you by email

  4. After receipt and verification of the items, a refund will be made within 7 working days.

  • Return costs are fully covered
