Returns are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

In the event of abusive, repeated or non-compliant returns , we reserve the right to refuse the request.
💸 Return costs:

In the event of a return without a product defect , the return costs are identical to the initial delivery costs (e.g.: €14.90 for an international shipment)

This amount will be deducted from your refund , even if the entire order is returned.

Initial delivery charges are not refunded , unless the return is due to an error on our part or a non-compliant product.
